SHIPPING 

 

Shipping costs are estimated in the shopping bag check out process, and are subject to additional fees based on the order total, shipping destination, and cost to insure your delivery. 

 

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a tracking number.  In the event of a production delay, we will promptly notify you with an updated timeframe. JACQUELINE RABUN cannot be held liable for unanticipated delays in shipping or address verification.

 

All domestic shipments are handled by Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. International orders will be shipped using UPS. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware that all orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

 

Please Note: Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. If you require overnight delivery, please contact us at customerservices@jacquelinerabun.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

 

Returns and Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges outside of this period will not be accepted. When returning an order or partial order the original sales receipt must be enclosed. 

 

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, your entitlement to a refund or exchange may be affected. We request that items are returned with their original packaging. Personalised items or goods which have been made to a customer's specification may not be returned.

 

Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card from the sale of the returned goods will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. The cost of returning your item will not be refunded.
