Product Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and may vary based on your order total, delivery destination, and the cost of shipping insurance. 

All of our items are made to order, and will take up to 2-3 weeks to produce. Custom orders may require additional time. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details. If there are any unexpected production delays, we will notify you immediately with a revised delivery timeframe. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times or fees, or address verification issues. 

International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 

All orders are shipped with Fedex or an equivalent courier service for secure, trackable delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
