Product Shipping
Each Jacqueline Rabun piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for production before dispatch. Bespoke and customised pieces may require additional time. If an unexpected delay occurs, our client service team will contact you with an updated timeframe.
United States
We offer complimentary secure delivery within the United states. Orders are normally delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery
International delivery charges are displayed at checkout and are based on the delivery destination.Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 5-7 business days.
These delivery estimates begin when an order is dispatched and do not include the 4-6 week production period or time spent in customs.
Duties and Taxes
International delivery charges do not include import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier clearance fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment may be requested by the courier or local customs authority before delivery.
If an international order is refused or remains uncollected because import charges have not been paid, return delivery costs, customs charges and other associated expenses may be deducted from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an international order.
Secure Delivery
Orders are sent using FedEx or an equivalent secure, trackable courier service. A signature may be required upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders will be dispatched only after payment, delivery details and, where required, customer identity have been verified.
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate. Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays and address-verification requirements.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
High-Value Orders
Pieces priced at $25,000 or above are available through Client Services and cannot be purchased directly through online checkout. Please contact studio@jacquelinerabun.com, and our team will assist with payment and secure delivery arrangements.
For expedited delivery enquiries, please contact studio@jacquelinerabun.com. Expedited delivery applies only after production is complete and does not shorten the stated production timeframe.
Returns | Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges outside of this period.
All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and returned in their original packaging and in unworn, unused condition. Please take reasonable care when handling the items, as we cannot issue a refund or exchange for goods that are damaged, worn, or returned without their packaging.
Please note that personalised, bespoke, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons earrings also cannot be returned.
Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item has been received and passed our quality control inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or satisfactory evidence that it has been returned, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us within the 14-day period by emailing studio@jacquelinerabun.com or by submitting a cancellation request through your customer account where available.
Once you have notified us, the item should be returned within 14 days.
