All Jacqueline Rabun pieces are designed in Los Angeles and crafted by expert artisans in Europe and the United States of America, upholding the highest standards of quality and ethical production. 

3. Are your gemstones ethically sourced? 
Yes. We are dedicated to responsible sourcing and work exclusively with suppliers who meet strict ethical and environmental standards. 

4. How should I care for my jewellery? 
To protect and maintain your jewellery, store each piece separately in its original pouch or box. Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth when needed.

5. How can I place an order? 
You can purchase directly from our official website. Simply add your chosen pieces to your cart and proceed to checkout, where secure payment options are available. 

6. Which payment methods do you accept? 
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. 

7. Can I modify or cancel my order once it’s placed? 
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you wish to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

8. Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we offer worldwide delivery. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. 

 

9. How long will my order take to arrive? 

All of our items are made to order, and will take up to 2-3 weeks to produce. Custom orders may require additional time.  

Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email update and tracking details.

  • EU Orders: 5-7 Business days 

  • International Orders: 5–7 business days 

 

 

10. Will I have to pay customs or import fees? 
International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

11. What is your return policy? 
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging. 
Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale. 

12. How do I return or exchange an item?

13. Can I return items I purchase elsewhere? We only accept returns purchased through jacquelinerabun.com
